Private Banking Disclaimer
OCBC Private Bank and its representatives are exempted by the Monetary Authority of Singapore under section 100(2) of the Financial Advisers Act, Chapter 110 ("FAA") from compliance with certain regulatory requirements in respect of the financial advisory services provided by them to high net worth individuals as defined in MAS Guidelines on Exemption for Specialised Units Serving High Net Worth Individuals under Section 100(2) of the FAA. The exempted regulatory requirements are:
- Sections 25, 27, 28 and 36 of the FAA.

- MAS Notice on Appointment and Use of Introducers by Financial Advisers (FAA-N02)
- MAS Notice on Information to Clients and Product Information Disclosure (FAA-N03)
- MAS Notice on Minimum Entry and Examination Requirements for Representatives of Licensed Financial Advisers and Exempt Financial Advisers (FAA-N07)
- MAS Notice on Dual Currency Investments (FAA-N11)
- MAS Guidelines on Structured Deposits (FAA-G09)
- MAS Guidelines on Switching of Designated Investment Products (FAA-G10)
