Only contactless transactions made with the Visa payWave card for purchase of the promotional meal during the stipulated promotion periods will entitle the Visa payWave Cardholder to the benefits stated. Upsize is considered as an upsize from 16oz to 22oz drinks and an upsize from medium French fries to large French fries except for BURGER KING^® outlets in Changi Airport, ECP and Expo, where upsize is only for soft drinks from 22oz to 32oz. Upsize only applicable to standard carbonated drinks in all outlets. Promotion cannot be used with any other discounts/offers. OCBC shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the offer/promotion/gift. Notwithstanding anything herein, OCBC shall not at any time be responsible or held reliable for any defect or malfunction in any offer/promotion/gift and/or for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred or incurred by any person in connection with any offer/promotion/gift.
