COE Bidding

Use OCBC Phone Banking to bid for your COE. Simply dial 1-800-363-3333, key in your reserve price (the maximum amount you are willing to pay) and the system will bid for you. You can check your bid status and even revise your bid through Phone Banking.

A deposit of S$ 10,000* will be deducted from your account when you place your bid.

Upon successful bids, the balance will be payable when you use the COE for the registration of your car.

The COE Open Bidding system provides you with real-time information. You can check the latest COE price anytime and use it as a reference when you bid or revise your bid.

*The deposit of $10,000 above applies for all vehicle categories except motorcycles. A deposit of S$200 is required if you are bidding for a motorcycle COE.

Eligibility

Must have a OCBC Phone Code and Telephone PIN (TPIN)

Must have a Savings/Current/Al-wadiah account with the Bank

Sufficient deposit balance to place a bid

Commission Charges

A commission charge of $2 is applicable for each bid submitted and $2 for each subsequent bid revision made.

With effect from 1st October 2007, the commission charge will be revised to $10 for each bid submitted and $10 for each subsequent bid revision made.
