Steps to Follow for Debit Card Application

Download and print the application form via Adobe Acrobat.

If you are unable to do that, simply call our Customer Service Hotline at 1800 363 3333 between 8am and 10pm daily and we will mail you an OCBC-NTU Debit Card application form.

You can also visit the OCBC Bank Branch located on the NTU Campus to pick up an application form.

Please submit your completed application form personally to the NTU OCBC Bank branch at:

Mon to Fri: 9.00am - 4.30pm
Sat: 9.00am - 11.30am

IMPORTANT: For verification purposes, please submit the completed application form PERSONALLY to the OCBC Bank branch located on the NTU Campus.
