Terms and Conditions
- For OCBC Bank accounts, cash advance requests received before 2pm on weekdays will be credited by 8pm on the same day while cash advance requests received after 2pm on weekdays, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, will be credited by 8pm on the next working day.
- For non-OCBC Bank accounts, the time taken for the receiving bank to credit the funds into the designated account will vary from bank to bank.
- A Cash Advance Fee of S$15 or 5% on the amount withdrawn, whichever is greater, applies for each Cash Advance transaction.
- Cash Advance interest of 24% p.a. (minimum S$2.50) will be calculated on a daily basis and levied on the amount withdrawn from the withdrawal date until full payment.
- Dial-A-Cash is not applicable to additional credit given as temporary increase.
- OCBC Bank reserves the right to reject Dial-A-Cash cash advance requests.
