 Answers
1:What is Smart Life?
  Ans: Smart Life is a group term life plan underwritten by Great Eastern Life Assurance Co Ltd which provides a lump sum benefit of 100% of sum assured upon death, total and permanent disability (TPD) or upon diagnosis of a terminal illness. If death is due to an accident, a lump sum of 200% of the sum assured is payable.

2:How many levels of sum assured can I choose from?
  Ans: There are 2 plan levels which you can choose from: Sum Assured S$50,000 or S$100,000.

3:Who can apply?
  Ans: OCBC credit cardholders who are residents of Singapore or Permanent Residents, are eligible to apply for this cover.

4:Are there any age criteria?
  Ans: OCBC credit cardholders must be from 21 to 60 years old (age next birthday) to apply. Smart Life is automatically renewable up till 65 years old.

5:How many units of Smart Life can I apply for?
  Ans: A customer can only buy 1 unit of either S$50,000 or S$100,000 sum assured plan.

7:How do I apply for Smart Life?
  Ans: You can call 6248 2323 from Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm. Alternatively, you can email to groupMM@lifeisgreat.com.sg stating your contact details. We will call you back to enroll you into the plan.

8:When can I receive the policy documents?
  Ans: Your application will be processed in about 7 working days, upon the receipt of full application details, including your credit card details.

9:How do I make a Claim?
  Ans: You can call 6248 2283 from Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm. Alternatively, you can email to groupMM@lifeisgreat.com.sg.

10:Do I have to renew the policy every month?
  Ans: This policy is automatically renewed, up to the maximum age of 65 years old, so you do not need to renew the policy every month.
