| | | Ans: There are 2 plan levels which you can choose from: Sum Assured S$50,000 or S$100,000. |

| | | Ans: OCBC credit cardholders who are residents of Singapore or Permanent Residents, are eligible to apply for this cover. |

| 4: | Are there any age criteria? |
| | | Ans: OCBC credit cardholders must be from 21 to 60 years old (age next birthday) to apply. Smart Life is automatically renewable up till 65 years old. |

| | | Ans: A customer can only buy 1 unit of either S$50,000 or S$100,000 sum assured plan. |

| | | Ans: Your application will be processed in about 7 working days, upon the receipt of full application details, including your credit card details. |

| | | Ans: This policy is automatically renewed, up to the maximum age of 65 years old, so you do not need to renew the policy every month.
