Contact Centre All accounts 2 days to take effect

Call 1-800-363-3333 to change details for all your accounts by phone.

You’ll need your Phone Banking PIN. Don’t have one? Apply at any OCBC ATM (ATM Locator).

Online Banking Some accounts Immediate effect

Change details for any of the accounts you can see in your Online Banking overview page.

This normally includes:

  • Savings
  • Current
  • Credit Card
  • Overdraft / Personal Line of Credit
  • EasiCredit
  • CPF Investment (2 working days)
  • SRS (2 working days)

After logging-in, go to the top navigation bar Customer Service > Change Mailing Address.

For any accounts which you can’t see in the overview page, just login and inform us through your Mailbox feature in Internet Banking (It will take 7 working days to make changes this way).

Don’t have Online Banking? Apply with your ATM Card Number and PIN.

Mail in All accounts 7 days after we
receive it

Change details for all account and mail us a completed change form.

ATM Some accounts Immediate effect

Change details at any of our ATMs for these kinds of accounts:

  • Savings
  • Current
  • Credit card
  • Overdraft / Personal Line of Credit
  • EasiCredit
Branches All accounts 7 working days Bring a completed change form to any OCBC Branch along with your NRIC or Passport.
