Change details for any of the accounts you can see in your Online Banking overview page.
This normally includes:
- Savings
- Current
- Credit Card
- Overdraft / Personal Line of Credit
- EasiCredit
- CPF Investment (2 working days)
- SRS (2 working days)
After logging-in, go to the top navigation bar Customer Service > Change Mailing Address.
For any accounts which you can’t see in the overview page, just login and inform us through your Mailbox feature in Internet Banking (It will take 7 working days to make changes this way).
Don’t have Online Banking? Apply with your ATM Card Number and PIN.
