| 1: | How to download the OCBC Bank login application? |
| | | Ans: Please check that GPRS is enabled on your handset. Once enabled, enter the URL: mobile.ocbc.com on your browser.
Alternatively, you can visit the OCBC mobile portal via your mobile handset service provider portal. i.e. M1 Miworld, Singtel IDEAS, StarHub Gee!.
To login to secured banking, you will need to do a one time download of the mobile banking application by clicking onto [1] My Accounts Login, whilst on URL: mobile.ocbc.com.

| 2: | What do I need to do to login when I want to do secured banking? |
| | | Ans: Each time you need to login to secured banking, you will need to activate the application from your handset menu (usually where your collections and games are stored).
Once you are on the login page, you can login simply using your Internet Banking Access Code and PIN on your mobile phone.

| | | Ans: View the list of supported handset models.

| | | Ans: To activate GPRS services on your handset, please check with your respective mobile handset service provider for set up details.
Once GPRS is activated, please set GPRS settings as follows:
- For M1 customers, please set GPRS settings to Sunsurf mobile
- For Singtel customers, please set GPRS settings to IDEAS Internet
- For Starhub customers, please set GPRS settings to Gee! 3G/GPRS

| 6: | Why do I see “Error” when trying to download or login to the application? |
| | | Ans: 1) Please check if your handset is in the supported list.
2) Please check if your GPRS settings are correct.
3) Please check if your phone has Java version 2.0 and VeriSign Class 3 Certificate.

| 7: | I have a 3G/GPRS phone that is in the list of supported phones, but I cannot seem to be able to login? |
| | | Ans: Please check to ensure that you have enabled 3G/GPRS and Java settings on your mobile phone. Under security, also ensure that your phone has a VeriSign Class 3 certificate.

| 8: | Do I need to subscribe to a particular mobile handset service provider so that I can access OCBC Mobile Banking service? |
| | | Ans: No. The OCBC Mobile Banking service is available to all 3 local telecommunication service providers. As long as you have subscribed to GPRS service from any of these mobile handset service providers (i.e., M1, Singtel Starhub), you will be able to access our service.

| 9: | My phone is in the list of supported phones, but why can't I download the login application? |
| | | Ans: Please check to ensure that the phone's 3G/GPRS and Java settings are correct. Also check your security settings for VeriSign Class 3 certifcate.
For security reasons, the phones requires the certificate to download the application.
Please contact your phone manufacturer to have the certificate installed in your phone. |

| 10: | I have downloaded the OCBC Bank login application successfully on my BlackBerry device, but why do I encounter error after logging in with my Access Code and 2FA? |
| | | Ans: Please check that you have set "Internet Browser" as the default browser on your BlackBerry device.
To configure:
a) Go to "Menu > Options"
b) Select "Advanced Options"
c) Select "Browser"
d) For "Default browser configuration", select "Internet Browser" |

| 11: | Why can't I login when I accessed mobile.ocbc.com on my BlackBerry Internet Browser? |
| | | Ans: Please check that you have enabled JavaScript on your BlackBerry Internet Browser.
To configure:
a) Go to "Menu > Internet Browser"
b) Click on "Menu > Options"
c) Select "Browser Configuration"
d) Check "Support JavaScript" and "Allow JavaScript popups".
You are advised to clear your browser cache before entering URL mobile.ocbc.com. To clear cache, go to "Menu > Internet Browser > Options > Cache Operations > clear Content Cache & Cookie Cache". |
