1:	What OCBC products will entitle me to earn LinkPoints?

Ans:

LinkPoints will be awarded to ALL Link cardholders when they take up any of the following products. Please present your Silver or Gold Link card for identification at point of purchase.

Private or HDB Home Loans	More than 2,000 LinkPoints per $100,000 loan	More than 4,000 LinkPoints per $100,000 loan

Prestige Credit	750 LinkPoints upon account approval	1500 LinkPoints upon account approval

2:	How do I claim the LinkPoints from these purchases or loan applications?

Ans:

A "Gift Letter" will be issued to you when you take up any eligible OCBC Products mentioned in the table above. Simply bring this "Gift Letter" to NTUC Customer Service Centre for LinkPoints to be credited into your account.

3:	Can someone claim the LinkPoints on my behalf?

Ans:

If you are unable to update your card personally, you may authorise your friend or relative to credit the LinkPoints to your NTUC Link card on your behalf. Your friend or relative has to bring along the following:-

(a) The original Gift Letter (with section on authorisation completed)

(b) Your friend or relative's identity card

4:	Can I transfer the LinkPoints to my family/friends?

Ans:

All LinkPoints are not transferable.

5:	What is the validity period of the Gift Letter?

Ans:

The LinkPoints Gift Letter is valid for 1 month from date of issuance.
