• Offer is valid from 15 February 2008 to 31 August 2008 or while stocks last, whichever is earlier.
• To qualify for an International Traveller's Plug Set, your duly completed Monthly Investment Plan (MIP) application for the following Aberdeen funds must be received by OCBC Bank during the promotion period, the monthly investment amount must be at least S$300 a month, and the monthly investment must be successfully debited for 12 successive times without termination of the MIP from the effective date of the MIP. If any of such qualification criteria is not met, you shall reimburse OCBC Bank for the cost of the gift and in this regard OCBC Bank may debit any of your accounts maintained with OCBC Bank for such amount. For the avoidance of doubt, customers are not permitted to return the gift to OCBC Bank in lieu of such repayment:
  • Alberdeen Pacific Equity Fund (Class A)
  • Aberdeen Global Emerging Markets Fund (Class A)
• This promotion is limited to one gift per customer. OCBC Bank reserves the right to substitute the above gifts with an item of similar value.
• The gift cannot be exchanged for cash or otherwise.
• OCBC Bank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspects of any gift. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, OCBC Bank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any damage or defect in the gift, and / or any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the gift by any person.
