If you should experience difficulty accessing Velocity@ocbc after the service maintenance, please :

1) Clear your browser cache (click here to see how)

2) Close all browser windows and re-launch a new browser window

3) Login again by manually typing the link http://bb.ocbc.com/ into the browser address bar (instead of using your previously bookmarked URL).

Important Notice : Database Maintenance (10 February 2012)

We will be conducting our database maintenance on 10 February 2012. After this date, all historical data on or before 31 December 2010 will no longer be available on Velocity@ocbc.

We strongly recommend that you print/save your historical data before the stipulated maintenance date, for your future reference.

Temporarily Unavailable : End-to-End Data Encryption Feature For Mac OS Users (16 November 2011)

Our end-to-end data encryption feature for Mac OS users is not working as well as we would like and we have suspended the feature. However, we would like to assure you that you can still perform your banking transactions via Velocity@ocbc and the portal remains secure. Our security policy can tell you more.

Security Alert on Malware in Circulation

We would like to bring to your attention that there have been recent reports of Trojan horse malware attacks on the internet banking websites here. The malware is designed to steal your Velocity@ocbc login information such as your User Name, Password, Organisation ID and Security Code.
